India's trip01/05/2010

In January 2010 we went in India with Florence Pinet, Jérome Pouvreau, Mike Fuselier and Sam Bié. The purpose of the trip was to discover new spots and bolted some new lines with a small team of Indians climbers. We searched for days in the region of Tamil Nadu and around the region of Bingalore, and finally we didn't find much. The sun will be right slaying of us to continue our exploration, despite the obvious potential around Gingee.
Anyway, the encounter with the locals was the watchword of this trip and this is what I feel the most important.
In India there is the famous site of Hampi but a trip without going to Badami is like going to France without visiting Céüse. Pay attention to your eyes because Badami is really special...
